  These are stressful times for all of us. The pandemic has affected people and enterprises alike and never before like now, people are actually uncertain  about their futures. Layoffs from jobs, shutting down of businesses are just some of the stories we are used to  listening these days and it has been impacting people’s mental health severely. Although the lo ckdown has been lifted completely nationwide, people are still hesitant to leave their homes (for good reason) and being trapped inside four walls is not doing any  favours  to their mental well-being anyway.  Hence, it is imperative for us to unwind every now and then to relieve ourselves from the stress and functio n productively.    One of the great ways to  unwind is to go on a long drive that extends for hours  and to the outskirts of the city.      These past few months have been  indescribably hectic for me.  The kids were home, the husband was working from home as well but there was no holiday for us moms. Our responsibilities seemed to have d oubled during the lockdown with no reprieve until everyo n e went back to their usual routine.  Thankfully, my husband could see the exhaustion on my face and without telling me or th e kids, he planned a trip to  Alibaug . And oh, what a decision it was!    We left our home on a Friday morning an d  were already in  Alibaug   just in time for  lunch.
